A quick trip to the ER...
Friday night Charlotte decided she wanted to go for a little adventure. Starting around 10 at night she started crying virtually non-stop. After trying most of the typical home remedies we've been handed down we decided to call the pediatrician...
After about five questions the Nurse said "Do you have anything planned this evening"...."you mean, other than going to the hospital?" I replied. At that point she informed us that Carly may have what we lovingly call a "torson"...her intestine may have folded upon itself. Nice, eh?
Well, after getting the other ones out of bed and driving to St. Paul to the Children's Hospital at midnight Carly was a trooper and tolerated all the tests.
In the end all was fine and she got to take home the beautiful yellow hospital gown.
Nicholas of course was sure to say "Carly should wear yellow more often!"
